The candidate will communicate with internal and external management and client personnel and will be responsible for working with multiple cutting-edge technologies and must have an expert grasp of technical fundamentals. The candidate will participate in a team atmosphere and must have the ability to research and solve problems quickly.

This role is responsible for resolving complex Citrix-related issues, mentoring less experienced team members, and providing technical guidance and organizational support specifically for our Citrix environment. The Systems Engineer IV - Citrix is expected to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Citrix infrastructure systems that support core organizational functions, including virtual desktops and application delivery. As the technical lead, this role applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve complex Citrix-related problems.
